You also have proven relationship-builder skills with internal & external contacts, having the ability to relate to co-workers & Brand Ambassadors.
Ability to adapt quickly and proactively in a highly volatile environment.What you'll get to do- Act as a key partner to Field Supervisor to drive the business at your airport:- Represent PUIG values and act according to PUIG's ethical code.- Provide feedback about performance, competition activities monthly, to identify risks & opportunities and give recommendations accordingly.- Build strong business relationships at the airport as well as recruitment agencies.- Key contact for Brand Ambassador to the local partners to make sure they are aligned with the global strategy and MKT plan.- Become an expert at your airport in developing your local network and feed the field supervisor with efficient business intelligence/reporting.- Training & Coaching- Master brand and product training, selling ceremony and sales techniques to train and coach the rest of the team.
Ensure that the team provides excellent customer experience.- Monitor BE participation with the team and follow up on their progression.- Join the team to sell and lead by example on the key sales techniques when business needs it.- Reinforce sales team in field when necessary to ensure targets are reached.- Build high performing teams:- Attract and onboard and develop the staff, either through Puig HR or an agency/retailer.- Communicate clear targets to the team and regularly monitor progress at the shop level.- Identify and propose corrective actions if PUIG's performance falls below expectations.- Manage rosters/shifts to optimize and maximize sell through investment when allowed.- Report to FS a summary on all matters related to employee life cycle for Puig employees, and agency for non-Puig employees such as sick leaves.- Ensure motivated teams: identify training opportunities, incentive ideas and make proposals to FS for implementation.- Act as an inspirational leader to empower the teams to achieve the targets and ensure pride of belonging.- Together with the Field Supervisor to assess the performance of the staff at quantitative and qualitative levels and participate in the appraisals
