In this strategic and challenging role, your focus will be on the following core activities and responsibilities:Participate in the definition, design, and implementation of key development Talent projects for the Company, with a global focus and international perspective.Advise and influence internal stakeholders on recruiting, interviewing, and the selection process as required. You will partner with the key stakeholders to fully understand role profiles. Help with the Talent Acquisition strategy both nationally and internationally.Participate and collaborate in the identification, design, and implementation of Learning & Training initiatives in all geographies, with the aim of improving the professional skills of the workforce and encouraging the development and retention of talent within the company.Assist in implementing and coordinating the HR processes: Performance Evaluation Processes and Annual Bonus Payment, Talent Review & Succession Plans, individual development plans and 360o assessments.Participate in identifying and developing the organization's critical groups, monitor mobility plans, learning and development actions, and coordinate visibility actions.Work closely with the different geographies as a key partner to exploit synergies and implement talent management processes, understanding their business requirements and supporting them to adopt these new processes.Data analytics & reporting: support the Talent Reporting strategy.
