The role focuses on refining project requirements, detailed planning, resource allocation, and effective coordination across departments and external partners.What your responsibilities will be1. Define, Plan, and Control Projects- Based on the project proposal, refine the requirements in collaboration with representatives from other departments.- Generate a detailed project plan and agree upon it with all the departments involved and management.- Define the resources necessary to carry out the plan, with the assistance of Department Heads, Division Directors, and Area Directors.- Monitor the execution of the plan by coordinating activities, resources, departments, and external suppliers.2. Manage Resources Assigned to Projects- With the help of the Technical Managers of the relevant disciplines, select new collaborators for the project.- With the help of the Technical Managers of the relevant disciplines, evaluate the performance of the project's collaborators, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.- Identify and manage additional resources, beyond the assigned collaborators, needed for the proper execution of the projects.Who you areYou have a bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields.Complementary training in Project Management (e.G., PMP certification) is highly valued.You have 4+ years of experience managing projects, preferably in global environments.You have hands-on experience in managing projects involving both hardware and software components.Experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical sectors and automotive product projects will be considered a strong advantage.Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Big Picture, DOORS, and Jama.Advanced technical knowledge of hardware and software systems.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and other Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Access)
