New products and Transfers (active participation in projects).Supervision of batch starts and cleaning.Supervision of machinery.Supervision of direct labour.Supervision of the periodic calibration status of equipment.Preparation and supervision of batch documentation: protocol, labels, annexes, etc.Preparation of documentation (Procedures, DEs....Etc.).Processing of quantities and times in the SCA system.Requesting sample analysis to Quality Control.Collaborate with the Production Technicians in the organisation activities, -coordination of personnel, proposals for improvements and training.Control of the material needs of the section.Technical assistanceProposing process and equipment improvements.Training / Experience- High level of technical English.- Demonstrable experience in the area of Oral Solids Production in the Pharmaceutical Industry will be an asset.Other skills/experience:Operation of ERP system, SAP or similar.Management of machinery and production equipment will be an asset:Granulation equipment (dry and wet).Coating equipment.Pellet manufacturing equipmentMaster's Degree in Pharmaceutical Industry is an assetTechnical CompetencesSupervise production processes based on ensuring:- Compliance with GMP standards and procedures.- Maximum yield and quality in a timely manner Optimal use of machinery.Key CompetencesInitiative and decision making.Global vision of MEDINSA's processes.Communication and relationship skills.Working conditions- Professional group (according to experience)- Remuneration: according to Agreement and candidate's profile.Medinsa offers its employees a variety of additional benefits.
