WORKING ENVIRONMENT You will be part of the Dealer Websites as a Service team in Barcelona, where we collaborate, take full product ownership, and work on a T-shaped team to provide amazing digital web-based product.
As a Product Designer, you will own the holistic end-to-end product design process on our product.
You will execute along the entire design process, from strategy to research to final UI for our dealerships and end-customer.
We are looking for a true design generalist: From strategy, UX research, wireframes, prototypes, UX flows, detailed design specs, to UI and managing the visual QA and implementation process.

You will help cultivate the local company culture and set new standards for collaboration within our global Porsche network, and collaborate with many cross-teams and stakeholders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Senior UX Researcher/Designer with 6-7 years of professional experience in UX research and UX/UI design.
- Strong background in conducting and synthesising user research: Conduct comprehensive user research, surveys, and usability testing.
- Work with both qualitative and quantitative data to form hypotheses for future features or new creative solutions.
- Proficient in design thinking frameworks and methodologies: Apply design thinking methodologies, including benchmarking, creating user journeys, personas, and mood boards, to drive design solutions.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops and drive collaborative design processes: Prepare and conduct engaging workshops to gather insights and drive collaborative design efforts.
- Measure and analyze UX insights using analytics tools to evaluate the impact of design solutions before and after implementation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to working with product owners and development teams.
Work closely with product owners and team members to translate feature requests into innovative product developments.
- Experience with design tools: Wireframes and prototypes, from concept to delivery.
Proficient use and understanding the use of global Porsche Design System and tools.
IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE - Experience working within an Agile Framework, including participation in and preparation for meetings and ceremonies.
