Join us to create engaging marketing materials, develop effective communication strategies, and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.What will you do in Signaturit?Partner Marketing – Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to engage actual partners and capture new ones, including webinars, events, incentive campaigns, etc.Collaborate with the Marketing team to create partnership collaterals including presentations, newsletters, brochures, videos, case studies, testimonials, press releases, website content, etc.Develop an effective communications framework that informs partners of promotions, solution updates, etc.Promote our global partnership marketing program by identifying potential partners to maximize revenue through our joint relationships.Recommend solutions to develop joint marketing plans with partners by researching consumer behaviour trends, target audience, demography, etc.EventsWork together and support the Field Marketing Manager on the execution of online and offline events such as tradeshows, conferences, and webinars.Own the interlocution with various stakeholders such as conference organizers, design team, sales team, etc.Collaborate with the Marketing team to create events collaterals including landing pages, newsletters, etc.What skills will make you perfect?3+ years of marketing experience in a partner-facing role.Proven experience in the B2B tech Partnership Marketing ecosystem.A solid grasp of Salesforce or a related PRM software.Strong analytical skills – data-oriented.Proactive and can-do attitude.Excellent written, communication, and verbal skills (both in English and Spanish).Dynamic, flexible, and entrepreneurial mindset.Proficiency in B2B SaaS marketing.Which benefits do we offer to our team?Working hour flexibility (Mon-Tues 08:00-10:00 / 17:00-19:00, Fri 08:00-10:00 / 15:00-17:00).Intensive working day on Fridays, July and August.Catering service at the office.Health insurance with family discount.Technical training with specialized platforms.English classes with native teachers.Birthday off.Referral bonus.Flexible compensation plan with Coverflex.Snacks and fruit at the office.We are looking forward to meeting you!
