Key Responsibilities: Implements tactical planning and execution of the marketing strategy, managing and implementing marketing campaigns, and leading retrospectives upon campaign completion.Supports marketing management in evaluating and establishing marketing plans by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives, creating and organizing presentations, and coordinating schedules/updating calendars.Collaborates with marketing management to finalize creative briefs and defines creative assets needed to support marketing plans or specific initiatives.Develops creative assets, messaging development, and content in collaboration with designer or agency partners to execute recommendations from the approved strategy, ensuring assets support content themes established in the strategy.Conducts research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.Works with marketing management, external resources, and internal stakeholders to develop webinars and podcasts.Participates, as assigned, in tradeshows, conferences, and roundtables.
