This role is pivotal in implementing marketing actions and will be responsible for creating comprehensive plans for demand generation, sales representative development, and main distribution channels. The ideal candidate will also develop marketing strategies for key crops and products, and foster relationships with consultancies, all in alignment with country guidelines.As a crucial business partner to our commercial team, the Market Developer will contribute to strategic initiatives and actions, offering technical support to Sales Representatives and maintaining a strong field presence in priority actions with channels, current, and new customers.Your Challenge:Knowledge:Identify opportunities with a systemic vision and integrative approach.Understand market and competitor strategies.Provide technical support to Sales Representatives.Develop internal and external knowledge plans.Collaborate with R&D or Agronomy for product insights.Align with company objectives and strategies.Lead and participate in relevant processes.Ensure timely report submissions and activity scheduling.Demand Generation:Plan and direct demand generation actions.Develop action plans with distributor technicians.Define demonstration field plans with Sales Representatives.Create protocols for focus crops.Monitor and manage distributor product stock.Produce marketing materials with field results.Train and guide the commercial team.Support Communications and Events teams.Crops:Define regional focus crops with Sales Representatives.Understand crop potential and sales challenges.Design marketing and demand generation actions for focus crops.Products:Know product positioning and overcome field objections.Create regional product launch plans.Prepare technical materials and advise on product applications.Consultants:Prioritize and establish relationships with key consultants.Contract research protocols to generate business.Compile and deliver consultant-generated marketing materials.Develop evolution plans with regional consultants.Location:- Open to any location in SpainThis job posting is intended to build a talent pool for future opportunities
