You will get to establish best practices and unlock tremendous business value in supporting the sales team in securing new business opportunities.In 2023 Otovo centralized pan-European Pre-Sales in Madrid and has built up a dynamic, ambitious, international/multilingual team of professionals who are passionate about being the very best team in the business and delivering on the mission of putting solar panels on every roof in Europe and a battery in every home.Your responsibilities will include:Leading and managing the Pre-Sales team for Otovo ´s 13 markets. This involves setting objectives, providing guidance and support, and ensuring the team operates effectively to achieve targets.Developing pre-sales tactics and processes in alignment with the overall sales and business objectives.Establishing, training and coaching of our Pre-Sales Team based in Madrid.Monitoring and analyzing pre-sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, contact speed, pipeline coverage, and customer satisfaction, and taking corrective actions as needed to improve performance and achieve sales targets.Collaborating with Lead Qualifiers to engage with prospective customers during the pre-sales process.Working closely with the local Sales & Marketing teams across Europe and customers to understand their needs and requirements, and designing customized solutions or proposals that meet those requirements.Be an integral member of the pan-European Sales leadership team, helping to shape and deliver the overall Sales strategy.Who you are:You have proven experience in leading Sales Teams, preferably pre-sales or technical sales representatives
