In conjunction with the subject matter experts, this role is responsible collecting requirements and using technology and project management principles to create consistent and repeatable process and tools to support a global team. Includes the development, management, p olicy adherence and continuous improvement for all transition artifacts and tools throughou t the project lifecycle .Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into application features. Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.Design scalable and user-friendly business applications using low code and no code platforms. Create data models, user interfaces, and workflows.Automate manual business processes using technology and c reate and continuously improve the business-driven applications and reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users. Provide technical support and training to end-users.Ensure applications comply with security standards and data protection regulations.Required Skills/Knowledge:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines.Familiarity with a variety of low-code/no-code (LCNC) tools and platforms. Proven experience in process automation and application development, with a focus on LCNC platforms
