The role:As Front Desk Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to support the Front Desk Manager by coordinating all the reception activities and helping to supervise and assist the team. The successful candidate will be an energetic team player who has a passion for engaging and assisting high-end clientele.Key responsibilities:Client experienceEnsure a suitable environment aligned with AIRE's guidelines.Monitor team compliance and resolve client experience issues.Propose and implement experience improvements.Support clients during check-in, check-out, and provide feedback to management.Inform clients about upgrades, services, and treatments, and assign wristbands accordingly.ManagementSupport VIP and group bookings, ensuring smooth shifts.Coordinate with the Contact Centre.Oversee daily briefings, inventory, and sales.Prepare reports on incidents, improvements, and events for management.People ManagementAssist the manager in recruitment, training, and team development.Offer feedback and suggest training for performance improvement.Promote a positive, collaborative team environment.Help plan and supervise daily tasks and coordinate employee rotations.Requirements2 years of previous experience within the Hospitality or Wellness sector.6 months of previous experience in team management.Previous experience in Front Desk is desired.You are fluent in English.
