At Digital Infra, we pride ourselves on our customer-centric approach, working closely with clients to tailor our services to their unique needs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance for their critical operations.Ensures that the acquisition process is well-informed, legally compliant, and aligned with the business unit ´s targets.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough due diligence assessments for potential land acquisitions for the development of data centers projects, including (but not limited to) zoning / urban planning condition analysis, environmental site assessments, title research and regulatory review.Analyse land use regulations, zoning ordinances / urban planning conditions, and other regulatory constraints to assess development potential and identify potential risks and opportunities incl. mitigation measures proposals.Coordinate internal teams, external consultants, stakeholders and government agencies to gather relevant data, address regulatory requirements and establish timescales
