LF-2410-349DATA ANALYSTMADRIDWe are collaborating with a multinational health company to incorporate a data analyst into their team.Responsibilities- Understand our business, our customers, our market, and the data of our product to delight our customers & business goals.- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across different departments: Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Operations, Engineering and more.- Break down broad opportunities into concrete and measurable actions to help us achieve our objectives.- Keep up to date with user research to stay on top of both the business and customer needs.- Analyze product performance, hypothesize, test, and continuously improve product metrics.- Develop product features from ideation to release: gathering data, hypothesizing, conducting experiments, defining goals & requirements, releasing, and tracking features' performance.- Bring inspiring ideas and motivation into an energetic and collaborative teamRequirements:- Proven experience managing ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within projects.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion.- Strong quantitative and analytical skills - the ability to derive conclusions from data and clearly communicate findings is critical.- Curiosity and desire to learn, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies.- High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive in a fast-paced environment.- Strong written communication skills.- Persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your results and team are successful- Advanced in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
