This is a hybrid role working at least 3 days from our office in central Madrid.

We are seeking a highly talented Global Compliance Training Specialist to join our team of compliance training professionals.
The role involves conducting training needs assessments, collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop impactful learning content, supporting the delivery and administration of training through Payoneer's learning management system, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training through reporting and assessments.
What's the job?
Support the design, development, and implementation of an effective compliance training program tailored to the specific needs of different departments and roles within the organization.
Administer the deployment, maintenance, and reporting of compliance courses through Payoneer's LMS.
Maintain data integrity between various Payoneer systems through data normalization, consolidation, and comparison.
Assist in process improvements to maximize Payoneer's training Return on Investment (ROI).
Assist in the assessment of training programs and use data to suggest improvements.
Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of compliance training sessions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance training activities and prepare regular reports for management.
Work closely with the compliance team to ensure that training documentation meets regulatory standards, aligns with applicable regulations and internal policies, and can withstand audit scrutiny.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
Experience deploying, managing, and reporting on learning activities through Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Excellent business writing skills are required, especially any experience writing instructional material for adult learners.
Experience working in a highly regulated environment/industry.
Experience in the use of eLearning authoring systems is a plus (e.G., Articulate Storyline).
Excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across global teams is required.
Not a must but a great advantage: Experience in financial compliance is a strong plus.
Experience working with a learning management system (LMS) is a plus.
Any data analytic experience is a strong plus
