Read on...We're offering a temporary 6-month contract to join our team as a Community Associate in Barcelona and be the face of OneCoWork. This role may have the possibility to extend beyond the initial period or move to a permanent contract, depending on performance and company needs.The role focuses on overseeing the day-to-day building operations and creating an incredible environment for our clients.Role Overview:The Community Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our coworking space. This position requires a blend of excellent customer service, facility management, and organizational skills to create a welcoming and efficient environment for our members.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for our members and visitors, ensuring a warm, professional welcome and ongoing support.Manage day-to-day operations of the coworking space, including opening and closing procedures, space organization, and member coordination.Oversee the reservation and upkeep of meeting rooms and events and communal spaces.Address and resolve member inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring member satisfaction.Hold regular client catch-ups to build engagement, listen to feedback, resolve any issues, and improve customer experience.Coordinate with maintenance, security, and cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.Handle administrative tasks such as billing, member onboarding, and record keeping.Handle all incoming mail and packaging and distribute to members.Plan and support community events and networking opportunities to enhance member engagement.Keep the 'Honesty Market' (internal mini-market) fully stocked, taking regular stock checks and orders.What we're looking for:Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or facility management.You thrive in customer-facing environments.A positive, do-whatever-it-takes attitude.Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.Proficient in basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook.A fast thinker with a dynamic mindset.A strong understanding of OneCoWork's values.Availability for 40 hours per week as well as attendance at both internal and external events hosted on-site as needed.Benefits of working with us:Work in an international, dynamic team with a great company culture, where you'll find opportunities for growth with every challenge!21.000€ annual gross salary.Unlimited access to Oliva mental health and wellbeing platform.We're a coworking space, meaning great minds in all corners.Afterwork events (motivational, educational speakers, sponsored company events).Free coffee, tea, etc
