This includes reporting, headcount management, quota setting and cost/accrual management. A significant part of the role is about developing a strong business partnership with operational management in order to have a good understanding of the business, the needs and the challenges, to ensure accurate forecasts whilst advising the business on alternatives and improvements.What you will do Business budgeting, variance analysis and forecasting.GTM strategy support.Operational spend analysis.Build business partner relationships with operational EMEA and APAC management creating value with the provided information.Headcount management (keeping track of open positions, approvals, and re-allocations).Development and improvement of new/existing reports for EMEA and APAC.Support in cost saving and business operations projects.Provide management insight into current business performance.Liaise with our US finance teams to assist with budget and forecast issues.What makes you an ideal candidate Bachelors/master's degree in finance (or local equivalent).2 - 4 years of relevant working experience.High growth, high technology experience preferred including knowledge software business (SaaS and ARR experience is a plus).Analytical mind with accounting knowledge and business sense.Ability to function as a business partner.Knows how to bridge business processes with the numbers and is able to clearly explain.Must have the ability to adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment.Excellent communication skills (English is mandatory).Good system skills: MS Office (mainly Excel); Salesforce, NetSuite and Adaptive/Workday experience is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
