Quantity Surveyor - Spain

Position: Quantity SurveyorLocation: SpainEmployment Type: 12 month contract (extendable) Accommodation & PPE will be provided. Our client is a leading EPC working across Industrial Engineering, O&G and Renewables, dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are seeking 3 Quantity Surveyors with a strong background in industrial engineering to join our dynamic team. We are also interested in candidates who have worked in O&G, Pulp & Paper, Petrochemical, etc. Role Overview: The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, ensuring that the project is completed within its projected budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in both quantity surveying and industrial engineering, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of project workflows and cost management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Professional accreditation (e.G., RICS, CIOB) is preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on industrial projects. Strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. Proficiency in cost estimation software and project management tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
