We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team for a construction project based in Germany.Job Title: Quantity SurveyorType of Project: Regasification terminalLocation: Stade, GermanyDuration: 4 years - Upon project completion, efforts will be made to transition the candidate to other projects for continued employment.Language Required: English (B2)Work Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, 40 hours per weekResponsibilities:Prepare budgets and measurements for architectural and civil works.Extract measurements from BIM models.Collaborate on architectural and civil works projects, developing reports, construction details, and specifications.Draft quality, safety, health, and waste management documents.Qualifications:Technical Engineering in Public Works or Civil Engineering.At least 2 years of experience in architectural or civil works projects.
