We place them at the heart of what we do, providing challenging opportunities to develop within a great team in a supportive environment that allows them to reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities of the Role:Review and understanding project contract documentationPreparing and analysing supplier and sub-contractor enquiriesPreparation and issuing of contract documents to our supply chainMonitoring change in our scope of work and pricing of variationsFinancial and contractual control of sub-contractor accountsIssuing of contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense/acceleration claimsProviding fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimatesPreparation of monthly commercial project reportsProvide Data and analysis of issues & risks as required by ManagementManaging and forecasting of project Cash flowsLiaising with the client, main contractor and other departmentsAll other duties associated with this roleEssential Criteria for the Role:Academically (Degree) qualified and or relevant experience in the industry3-5 years' experience in a QS role on Data Centres or large scale projectsFluency in SpanishA wide understanding of work contractsA working knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical Work PackagesGood with FiguresAble to negotiate with clients on a professional levelExperience in use of Excel a requirementExcellent Analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail_Mercury is an equal opportunities employer_.#J-18808-Ljbffr
