We place them at the heart of what we do, providing challenging opportunities to develop within a great team in a supportive environment that allows them to reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities of the Role:Review and understanding project contract documentationPreparing and analysing supplier and sub-contractor enquiriesPreparation and issuing of contract documents to our supply chainMonitoring change in our scope of work and pricing of variationsPreparing and agreeing Monthly progress applicationsFinancial and contractual control of sub-contractor accountsIssuing of contractual notices and evaluating loss and expense/acceleration claimsProviding fast, accurate, competitive, and profitable estimatesPreparation of monthly commercial project reportsProvide data and analysis of issues & risks as required by ManagementManaging and forecasting of project cash flowsLiaising with the client, main contractor, and other departmentsAll other duties associated with this roleEssential Criteria for the Role:Academically (Degree) qualified and/or relevant experience in the industry3-5 years' experience in a QS role on Data Centres or large scale projectsFluency in SpanishA wide understanding of work contractsA working knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical Work PackagesGood with figuresAble to negotiate with clients on a professional levelExperience in use of Excel a requirementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailMercury is an equal opportunities employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
