How to contribute to our vision Perform inspections and audits: Support the review of incoming materials and products, ensuring they meet established quality standards. Assist in managing non-conformities: Help identify, document, and analyze quality issues, and contribute to proposing corrective actions. Monitor quality control processes: Support the tracking of quality KPIs and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. Update quality documentation: Ensure that quality records are complete and up to date, assisting in the creation and modification of procedures. Assist in managing customer complaints: Help in recording and analyzing customer complaints, supporting the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to ensure customer satisfaction. What you need to make a difference Education in Engineering or a related field: Preferably in industrial engineering, quality engineering, or similar areas. Basic knowledge of quality systems: Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control tools, though extensive experience is not required. Analytical skills: Ability to identify and analyze problems with attention to detail. Good communication skills: Capable of working in a team, reporting issues, and following quality guidelines. Proactivity and eagerness to learn: Positive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement. Knowledge of IT tools: Competence in using Excel and management software like SAP or similar for handling data and documentation
