Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Quality Technician will be responsible for testing products according to standard Quality Control (QC) protocols, including conducting a full functionality test before products are prepared for shipment. If a product fails during QC, you will be expected to troubleshoot the issue, determine the necessary corrective action, and provide clear repair instructions. You will also be required to create a QC report for each unit and save all relevant documentation on SharePoint. Maintaining a clean and organized QC environment, including tools, test equipment, and workspace, is essential.

Understanding of manufacturing processes and bills of materials.
Knowledge of both metric and imperial mechanical units of measure (pressure, flow, temperature, amperage, etc.).
Ability to follow, develop, and implement quality procedures to ensure consistently high-quality products.
Experience in improving existing quality procedures.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
Communicate issues with non-conforming materials to Procurement and Production teams.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Make recommendations for system improvements to management.
Review, recommend, and implement Environmental Health and Safety initiatives.
Desired Experience:
1-3 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing or assembly environment.
Preferably residing in the south of Spain, specifically in Almería province.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. An engineering background is preferred.
