Our client, a leader in particle analysis and pharmaceutical development, is looking for a Quality Technician to join their team and support their cutting-edge projects in drug substance and drug product characterization.What You'll Do:You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to critical activities in analytical development, quality control, and quality assurance.
Here's a glimpse of what your role could involve:Quality Systems & Documentation: Participate in the continuous improvement of the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System, including SOP management, deviation investigations, and CAPA implementation.Analytical Development: Collaborate on method development, optimization, validation, and quality control analysis.Particle Characterization: Work on advanced studies of APIs and drug products, including size, shape, and other physico-chemical attributes.Continuous Improvement: Help implement Lean Lab tools and methodologies to enhance operational excellence.Audits & Compliance: Assist in audits, inspections, and ensure compliance with GMP guidelines.What You Bring to the Table:A degree in Pharmacy from a Spanish university (required).At least 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a GMP-certified lab.Fluency in English and Spanish.Experience with particle characterization techniques (Laser Diffraction, DLS, Microscopy) is a plus.A proactive mindset, flexibility, and a collaborative attitude.What's in It for You?A full-time contract with a growing, innovative company.Continuous training and career development opportunities.A supportive, multidisciplinary team with expertise to learn from.A long-term career plan with the potential to become a Qualified Person Deputy.If you're motivated by quality, driven to learn, and excited about working in a fast-paced, innovative environment, we'd love to hear from you!
