Quality Technician [Cc489]

ALTORECRUIT, an international headhunting consultancy specializing in middle management and technical recruitment, is currently seeking a Quality Technician for one of our clients in the plastics industry.

Our client specializes in the production of high-performance materials used in various applications. This role is crucial to maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and driving continuous improvement within the company.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Quality Department in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Support the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and control processes.Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and ensure product standards are met.Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to monitor the quality of products and processes.Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on quality performance for internal review. Ideal Candidate Requirements: Previous experience as a Quality Technician, ideally in a manufacturing or plastics-related environment.Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 standards, with experience in quality control processes.Educational background in Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field.Attention to detail, with a strong ability to follow procedures and document findings.Good communication skills in English (B2 level or higher) for internal and external coordination. Working Conditions: Flexible working hours: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM.The role will involve office work within the plant.
