About The RoleAbout this opportunityQuality Systems Manager responsible for conducting internal audits across our operations in Spain, Portugal, and Italy, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Ensure all systems and procedures meet ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 standard.Lead internal audits.Maintain existing procedures.Identify improvement opportunities and conduct risk assessments.Compliance monitoring.Introduce new systems and procedures.Provide detailed analysis of non-conformities.Provide training support to staff on ISO requirements.Prepare detailed audit reports to management, highlighting key issues and recommending solutions.As a Gleeds team member, you will have access to:Employee Assistance ProgrammeFlexible working arrangementsAbout YouWho we're looking for:Experience, Knowledge and Key SkillsSound knowledge and practical experience in auditing companies to meet ISO 9001 standard.Consultancy experience is a plus.Clear and effective communication skills - both oral and written.Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.Good organisational skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to work as part of a team.Fluent in Spanish and English (both).About UsBe part of the extraordinaryEvery day at Gleeds, we influence the way people around the world live, work and travel.
