As a Quality Specialist & Trainer on our team, you will: Create content for trainings Provide training to new Advisors (onboarding training) Share knowledge and educate the Advisors with product updates and best practices Update and maintain the Knowledge base (KB) Monitor the CSAT and ensure accuracy of CSAT metrics Identify QA problem areas, overseeing projects to address these issues, measuring the impact of these initiatives Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
