As a Quality Specialist & Trainer on our team, you will: - Create content for trainings - Provide training to new Advisors (onboarding training) - Share knowledge and educate the Advisors with?product updates and best practices - Update and maintain the Knowledge base (KB) - Monitor the CSAT and ensure accuracy of CSAT metrics - Identify QA problem areas, overseeing projects to address these issues, measuring the impact of these initiatives Your qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
