In particular:Ensure that product releases are successful, where success is measured in user satisfaction - must be high - and time and effort - must be low.Create a laboratory that allows you to simulate and replicate the behaviors of real boaters.Implement and manage a test automation framework to validate product updates.Set up and maintain a group of users that can help test and verify Orca products and updates - external beta groups.Define and implement a process to record, track, and prioritize errors and issues found in the releases.Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to achieve your goals.Be an ambassador for quality best practices across the organization.Design and execute processes to ensure operational excellence in designing, developing, and delivering hardware and software products to millions of boaters globally.This role is a hybrid/on-premise role at our Madrid or Oslo office.
