We are looking for a Quality Process Analyst for Mobile Operations who will contribute to a project with one of our global customers, a leader in credit cards, auto loans, banking, and savings accounts. Responsibilities: Ensure the delivery of overall quality for your team or initiative. Implement governance strategies to ensure continued quality output. Serve as a trusted consultant within the team, imparting knowledge and training to other QAs and Engineers. Provide feedback around test strategies and approaches, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and robust validation processes. Analyze changes and maintain manual testing types while advocating for automation to improve efficiency. Main Responsibilities: Quality Documentation and Process Definition: Lead efforts in documenting processes that ensure quality standards are upheld, especially for complex tasks like SDK upgrades and mobile release management. Testing Approach and Standards: Define a detailed test approach tailored to specific features, moving away from a 'one-size-fits-all' method. Ownership of Maintenance Tasks: Take ownership of mobile maintenance activities, including platform health management and SDK updates. Quality Analysis and Holistic Quality Improvement: Evaluate quality across all processes and identify areas for improvement. Team Collaboration and Knowledge Transfer: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on critical processes. Scenario-Based Problem Solving and Continuous Learning: Participate in scenario-based exercises aimed at analyzing quality issues and fostering innovation.
