Are you passionate about ensuring food safety and quality? We're seeking a dedicated Quality Operations Support to join our team in our plant in Valls, Spain. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards by supporting sanitation programs, improving sanitation metrics, and contributing to our Food Safety Culture. Join us and contribute to assuring the best quality of our impressive portfolio of beloved products, including Corn Flakes, Tresor, Krave, and Special K.
You'll be part of a great team of quality safety specialists, working in shifts (morning, afternoon, night) and guaranteeing the best-in-class quality of our food. We cherish each employee, so you'll have special training and build the skillset and knowledge to grow your career.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing: Collaborate on executing the plant sanitation program - Achieve expected results and improve the standards of quality and food safety, health, and hygiene.
Conduct clean-up inspections and verification/validations - Identify hygienic design improvements, methodology enhancements, and capital requirements for sanitation, allergens, and others.
Improve Sanitation - Identify capability-building needs in sanitation and collaborate to close the gap.
Participate in sanitation projects and forums - Ensure adherence to quality and food safety standards.
Be part of specialized forums - Participate in food safety risk assessments and follow global sanitation policies and procedures.
We're Looking for Someone With: Advanced level of Spanish and English.
Experience in Quality Food Safety activities.
Experience in Food Science/Applied Microbiology.
A background in Food Technology, Food Science Engineering, or similar.
Good knowledge about production engineering.
