Are you the one? As a Quality Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the quality information flows with the other departments within the warehouse and throughout the production chain.
You will establish the quality policy and standards and ensure they are met along the value chain, with the aim of ensuring, controlling, and monitoring the quality of the fruit.
This ensures that the products meet each customer's requirements.
Your Role Highlights – Your ResponsibilitiesQuality Strategy and Continuous Improvement:Establish, together with Management, the quality strategy and procedures.Periodically review quality procedures for continuous improvement.Analyze the campaign at its conclusion and identify learnings and improvements for the next one.
This includes an analysis of the producers at the end of the campaign.Gather information about production areas to identify potential improvements.Quality Management:Establish, lead, and ensure compliance with the traceability system.Manage Quality and Food Safety systems.Monitor and control complaints.Be responsible for communication between the Quality Team and other teams.Coordinate quality controls of goods entering the warehouse.Coordinate the preparation of client audits.Properly plan the campaign of products from a quality perspective, with clear improvement inputs to ensure the quality level.Authorize products and producers from a health quality perspective.Team Management:Define team members' responsibilities.Set and monitor team members' objectives.Collaborate in the training of team members.Establish vacation and duty shifts.Become SanLucarian - What's in for you?You'll find a young, dynamic and changing work environment.Feel comfortable leaving your suit behind!
We don't have a dress code.Experience different cultures - Multinational is what describes us best as we're a team of 30 nationalities.We work flexitime.Participate in events, meetups & teambuilding activities.Requirements:Studies in Engineering and/or Environmental, Food Safety, or similar.Languages: Spanish and English are essential.Experience: 3 to 5 years in a position managing operational and quality processes (from field to warehouse).Experience in quality and operation of fruit production businesses; experience with different crops is valued.Desirable knowledge: Outlook, Office suite.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Rigorous in work development.Passion for the sector.
