Our strong and visionary Management Team is now supporting the business' next phase of growth with a robust business plan for value creation.The Role and Its Impact on Verisure Technology In this role, you'll have the opportunity to improve the quality of our installations by refining the maintenance process and providing deep understanding of main issues around it.
This position bridges the technical and data realms using key performance indicators.
You'll collaborate closely with the different IT platforms involved in the maintenance process, as well as business areas and the rest of the Quality Assurance team, to gain insights into our maintenance process performance across multiple countries from our South Platform.Job Purpose Main Responsibilities: Participate in the Quality of installations team to identify, analyse and evaluate issues around the maintenance process and its performance during the immediate next days.Have a key role in the maintenance value stream to guarantee a stable and continually improved process, with prioritized focus on VF2 to VF4 migrations.Preparation of monitoring reports.
Design and execution of related action plans.Identify best practices and development guides.
Lean processes for superior performance.Experience with methodologies for managing incidents, changes, performance measurement, and project management.Perform organizational coaching to do right first and to walk the talk.Experiences & Qualifications: Master/B.A in Industrial Engineering or Telecommunications.Six sigma green belt certification highly valued.Experience in maintenance of management systems and risk management.Fluent level of English as you will work in an international environment and project (B2 or higher).Approximately 2 years working in quality or field services roles.Available to travel.Competencies Strong problem-solving skills.
