Could you be the full-time Non Conformity Quality Technician in Barcelona we're looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll coordinate with production and warehouse teams to reimburse the part in a short time. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production), coordinate the repairs of non-conform material with production and suppliers and much more.
You'll specifically take care of managing non-conformities detected at production from the initial analysis and report edition until the reimbursement of the rejected part to production , but also managing non-conformity reports edition in SAP and Supplier Quality Portal.
We'll look to you for:
Use SAP to make the internal material movements
Coordinate the urgencies with the logistic NCR team in cases where the stock is not available
Launch the required reimbursements to secure production in the minimum time possible.
Launch the required material movements.
Contact suppliers to get a quick repair of the non-conform materials.
Coordinate the repairs of non-conform material with production and suppliers.

Academic Background: studies related to logistics will be a plus.
At least three years of experience in a similar role.
Fluent communication with other teams, especially Production, Warehouse, and Non-conformity teams.
Reactivity, and ability to prioritize and manage urgencies.
Analytical skills.
Experience in quality management (edition of 8D reports, quality reports).
Experience in the use of SAP desirable (internal material movements).
Experience with specifications and drawings.
Focused on continuous improvement.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
