JOB DESCRIPTION Job TitleQuality Manager, Europe Quality ManagementJob DescriptionAs a Quality Manager Europe, you will act as enabler for our Philips Quality policy, driving key quality processes in the field of medical devices enabling us distribute world class products effectively and efficiently, thereby contributing to improve People's lives.Your role:Promote Quality awareness level and fostering Quality CultureDrive quality systems deployments and promoting Continuous ImprovementsDrive achievement of Quality goals and Key Performance IndicatorsRepresent Quality in business and commercial projects, ensuring Quality support to others.Manage Quality contribution to Trade Partners managementHost/coordinate and support audits and inspections of Region/ Zone/Country sites and follow through on results.Ensure consistent Documents and records controls are executed within the organizationYou're the right fit if you:University degree level education or equivalentFluent in English and Local language per location, both verbal and written.5 years' experience in the Medical Device or Equivalent Quality environmentTrained on ISO 9001, ISO 13485, training in 21 CFR 820 is an advantage.Working knowledge of relevant international ISO Standards (ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and, as preferred, ISO 14971)Experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Process Excellence Greenbelt, Lean, Kaizen, Problem Solving, Daily ManagementDemonstrated ability to align business needs, quality compliance and regulatory requirementsDemonstrated personal skills in Problem solving, Communication, People management and teamwork ability, Role modeling in working in a matrixSuccessful in partnering with internal and external stakeholders and communicate across levels and cultures of the organizationHow we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart.
