Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and ensures consistent quality standards across multiple manufacturing sites.
One-Site Management : Develop and maintain a network of quality leaders and teams at each site, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive continuous improvement.
Component Quality : Leverage your expertise in electronic systems and components to ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards for quality, reliability, and safety.
Supplier Quality Management : Establish and maintain a robust supplier quality management program, including supplier audits, performance evaluations, and corrective action requests.
Compliance and Regulations : Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements, including ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949, and any other applicable automotive standards.
Monitor regulatory changes and adapt quality processes accordingly to maintain compliance.
Quality Assurance and Control : Develop and implement robust quality assurance and control processes, including inspection plans, test protocols, and data analysis tools.
Ensure that all products undergo rigorous testing and validation to identify and mitigate potential quality issues.
Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and addressing root causes of quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and monitoring their effectiveness.
Customer Satisfaction : Work closely with sales, customer service, and other customer-facing teams to understand customer needs and expectations.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering high-quality products and services.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing quality operations across multiple sites, with a focus on electronic components and systems.
Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards, regulations, and good practices, including ISO and IATF 16949.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as lean.
Experience in developing and managing supplier quality relationships, with a focus on electronic components and systems.
Preferred experience in the automotive industry, experience with FMEA, APQP, PPAP,8D,5Why, Minitab (SPC software).
Regularly Communication with HQ.
Advanced level of English proficiency is a must.
