Join the company that is leading the way!What you'll do:As Quality Manager you will:Plan, direct, manage, organize, monitor, and control the work of the Quality Department.Prepare the budget, monitor and control it; take responsibility for all tasks of the Quality Department, including monitoring and controlling the Company's Quality and Environment System, according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, analyzing its evolution, indices, incidents, claims, proposals for improvement, and adapting it to necessary corrective and preventive measures.Approve the Company's Quality and Environment System, according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.Approve the objectives and indicators of the Quality and Environment System.Make the Quality and Environment Policy and System available to all staff and motivate them to comply with it.Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards.Promote a Quality culture within the Organization and support continual improvement.Manage internal and external quality audits.Ensure supply chain partners conform to engineering specifications through audit and inspection.Support the organization in obtaining ISO certifications (e.g., 9001, 14001) and maintain them by performing all actions and arrangements needed to keep the certification.Develop training and awareness plans for Quality requirements.Implement procedures to control and audit Quality processes and systems.Develop and maintain procedures to improve Quality performance and competence.Establish objectives and action plans to achieve results.Prepare reports on Quality performance and present them to stakeholders.Provide advice and information to other departments and members of the company on Quality issues and other duties as assigned.Create reporting and KPI in Quality for the region.Manage team and people effectively.The qualifications you must have:Bachelor's degree.5+ years of experience in a similar position.Fluent in English.Extensive knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.The ability to confidently communicate at all levels and clearly deliver information.A strong teamwork ethic with the ability to build strategic working relationships.Experience working in an international environment with an international mindset.The capacity to lead projects with the ability to manage relationships, build consensus, and resolve conflicts.Our preferred qualifications:5+ years of experience in renewable energy or a related field.Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices pertaining to solar quality.Array Technologies, Inc. offers equal employment opportunity without regard to race, color, gender, age, creed, sex, religion, national origin, disability (physical or mental), marital status, citizenship, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression, or any other legally protected status.
