We are looking for an experienced and innovative quality professional to join EMEA quality team as Quality Manager. Person we are looking for enjoys working with people, providing trainings, and developing quality skills in our organization. We expect you to have broad experience from quality management and ability to coach our teams towards a higher quality maturity. You will be an advocate for continuous improvement and for that, great communication and networking skills are necessary. Other part of the work is to develop our processes and lead different initiatives and improvement projects as needed. Valmet EMEA business includes wide range of technologies covering the whole Valmet service offering. As part of EMEA quality team, the scope of your responsibilities is EMEA wide, and you have good possibility to positively impact Valmet quality performance towards our customers. You will be working closely with our projects, field service, spare part, and workshop services business and guiding them in quality development related matters. Main responsibilities Provide quality support, coaching and trainings to our EMEA organization Lead EMEA continuous improvement including audits and incident handling development Lead assigned quality development projects and development activities Facilitate root cause analysis and problem solving Contribute to quality communication Participate in EMEA quality reporting To be successful in this position we expect you need to have: At least 5 years of experience of quality management, business or operations development roles Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Experience from process development and preferably also IT solution development Practical experience from problems solving and use of quality tools (VSM, Lean, six sigma, SPC, RCA) Good understanding of quality management and ISO standards and experience from auditing Degree (BSc or MSc) on engineering or manufacturing Excellent project management and co-operation skills We offer   We offer you an interesting and independent position in a global business environment with many opportunities for personal growth and development.
