Quality Inspector

The main functions of this position are to supervise the subordinates in assuring the proper implementation of the quality standards during the whole process of production until sales phase (raw materials, production phase, storage phase, and while loading in trucks) in order to avoid defected products and to reduce the amounts of returned goods from IFFCO's customers adhering to the food safety and security during production process as well as controlling the finished goods during storage, loading and delivering to customers in order to minimize the defected and returned goods aiming to increase IFFCO customers' satisfaction.
Supervise the inspection process of good manufacturing practices after and during the production phase to make sure of applying GMP standards without deviation.
Control the production lines to ensure following the products quality standards and food safety and interact with other stakeholders to eliminate any deviations out of the quality standards.
Monitor and oversee the application of physical inspections to test the product's color, smell, taste, weights, in-line additives, Nitrogen injection, labels data, and all other physical inspections during the production phase to ensure matching with the quality standards.
Register physical inspections data in SAP System giving order to load products by releasing order in SAP.
Supervise the production area inspection before starting the production process to ensure its quality and validity.
KPIs Work Experience Requirement 5 - 7 years of relevant functional experience in the field.
Qualification Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Agriculture, or Science (Chemistry).
