In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all value chains including destination soybean, soft seeds, grains in Europe and Asia to ensure that all commodities that are traded or processed in Bunge plants comply with Bunge Quality, Food and Feed Safety requirements and relevant regional or local regulations.You will work closely to support and guide all trade execution, commercial, supply chain and industrial teams to ensure quality and product safety and regulatory requirements incorporated to the commodity contracts based on present or emerging risks and regulations.You will communicate risk assessment changes to commercial, trade execution, QFS and relevant teams to guide them about required minimum analysis for commodities to ensure visualization of issues, opportunities and actions in a proactive way.The role covers Quality, Food and Feed Safety and Regulatory compliance leading indirectly a team of 4 people in 4 locations working with cross-functional teams in Europe, Asia as well as other origin teams globally.Some competencies we are looking for are:Able to lead others by using knowledge of Bunge's business, structure and strategy to develop innovative solutions to improve results or eliminate problems, influence, mentor and coach.Build partnerships, appropriately influence to gain commitment by being collaborative and engaging.Drive results through high standards, focus on key priorities, organization.Strong strategic orientation (set the big picture) and operationally knowledgeable (understand the details).Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Outstanding communication skills to promote awareness and understanding of quality and safety standards.High reliability and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and respond appropriately to incidents.Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and energized by working with multiple countries and nationalities.Possesses ambition, curiosity, confidence and enthusiasm, capacity to learn faster.Stays updated to technical knowledge, industry trends and functional knowledge to the benefit of the business.Customer focus and business orientation.Results oriented 'winner' mentality.High level of personal drive and commitment, willingness for going extra mile.Professionally mature, able to engage at all levels and good communication and stakeholder management skills.We are looking for different skills in our ideal candidate:A Bachelor's Degree in Food or Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field
