To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through ensuring the quality and food safety of the company's products by efficiently managing quality standards, certifications, and relationships with outsourced factories, guaranteeing compliance with legal regulations, internal standards, and customer expectations.YOUR CHALLENGE:Quality Management in Outsourced Factories:Supervise and audit factories to ensure compliance with regulations (ISO 22000, IFS, etc.
).Establish and review quality agreements (QA agreements) with manufacturers.Conduct periodic internal and external audits.Define, implement, and monitor Quality Control Plans with co-manufacturers (Comans).Food Safety and Regulation:Ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding food safety across all target markets.Co-define and validate product documentation with R&D, including technical data sheets, microbiology for shelf life and nutritional values, as well as raw material/blend documentation and manufacturing packs.Manage quality or food safety incidents, including product recalls or withdrawals when necessary.Coordinate the implementation of traceability systems.Product Development:Collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams to ensure the quality of new products.Validate prototypes and shelf-life testing for quality and production feasibility with co-manufacturers.Approve legal content on final product designs.Certifications and Audits:Lead the acquisition and maintenance of quality and food safety certifications (IFS, V-Label, organic certifications, among others).Coordinate external audits with certification bodies.Team Management and External Relations:Lead the internal quality team and coordinate with quality managers at factories.Maintain open communication with suppliers and customers on quality matters.Provide training on quality standards for internal and external teams.Document Control and KPIs:Develop, maintain, and oversee quality manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Generate periodic reports on quality, food safety KPIs, and ESG performance metrics
