Millions of people around the world count on our leading brands – including Similac, PediaSure, Pedialyte, Ensure, Glucerna and ZonePerfect – to help get the nutrients they need to live their healthiest life.As the Quality Excellence Manager you will be part of the QA Team and reporting to the QA Plant Director develop and implement strategy to improve the performance of the Quality Department and collaborate in the implementation of Quality related improvement plans at Plant level.What You'll DoIn coordination with the Div. Qualex position implement quality improvement plans at Granada QA Dep and the Plant according to Div. Qualex strategy.Coordinate and gather all Quality related information for the Plant Monthly Business Review Meetings.Understand and supervise the performance of Key Performance Indicators related to the Quality Performance of the plant.Develop and maintain specific Key Performance Indicators of the QA Department.Develop and maintain a system to track and trend composition deviations for ingredient, intermediate and finish products. Based on this system establish strategies to minimize potential composition Out Of Specification scenarios.Apply problem-solving methodologies in identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and resolving quality issues.Lead and implement continuous improvement methodologies or projects (e.G., Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing) in the QA Dep.Collaborate in identifying cost reduction opportunities based on ingredient and formula composition
