We are in search of a highly organized and proactive Scheduling and Events Coordinator to become part of our team. The role involves managing calendars, orchestrating events, and ensuring that all logistics are executed seamlessly.Key Responsibilities:Organize and coordinate online events such as webinars, virtual conferences, and online workshops. Manage all aspects including platform setup, attendee registration, and technical support.Create and manage schedules for virtual meetings, events, and appointments using online calendar tools. Ensure timely coordination and resolution of scheduling conflicts.Utilize virtual event platforms (e.G., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex) to set up and manage events. Ensure all technical aspects are functioning correctly and provide support to participants as needed.Liaise with external vendors, speakers, and other stakeholders involved in virtual events. Handle logistics, confirmations, and ensure that all parties are informed and prepared.Serve as the main point of contact for all event-related communications. Send invitations, reminders, and follow-up emails to attendees and participants, ensuring clear and effective communication.Collaborate with the marketing team to promote online events through email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels. Track and analyze promotional efforts to assess effectiveness.Provide technical assistance during virtual events to address any issues that arise. Troubleshoot problems with software or connectivity and coordinate with IT support if necessary.Maintain and update participant lists, event records, and feedback. Use CRM and event management tools to track and analyze data related to event performance and attendee engagement.Conduct post-event surveys and gather feedback from participants. Prepare detailed reports on event outcomes, including participant engagement, technical issues, and overall success.Evaluate and refine virtual event processes and scheduling practices based on feedback and performance data. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance future events and scheduling efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in coordinating virtual events and managing online schedules.Proficiency in using virtual event platforms (e.G., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex) and scheduling tools (e.G., Google Calendar, Outlook).Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and time management.Technical aptitude to troubleshoot basic issues related to virtual event platforms and online tools.Experience in digital marketing and event promotion is a plus.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected issues with professionalism.#J-18808-Ljbffr
