What you will do: Continuous exploratory testing on new projects. Promote the best practices in software testing within the teams. Work closely with Senior Quality Engineers to align with the specific needs of the teams you will be assisting. Promote CI/CD best practices where automated testing is fundamental. Support Software Engineers on both technical and non-technical testing types. Assist with operational tasks. Conduct root cause analysis of testing failures. What you will bring: High motivation, seeking a long-term career in quality. Expertise with different approaches and phases of manual testing (e.G., Exploratory Testing). Understanding of the testing pyramid, including the more technical layers. Knowledge of various automated tests that support the quality process. Good understanding of CI/CD practices.
