We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer WITH experience in mechanical supervision of Welding process to join our team.

She/He will create value for their assigned site by leading continuous improvement projects towards defect-free processes that satisfy customer needs and achieve business results.
Work model: 100% onsite Guadalajara , Spain.
Permanent contract.
English high level required.
RESPONSIBILITIES Your tasks: As a Quality Engineer, you will be at the forefront of maintaining and enhancing our quality processes.
Your role involves managing non-conformities, analyzing data, and implementing continuous improvements.
You'll be a key player in our product development, ensuring our quality standards are met.
Manage quality processes and follow up on non-conformities.
Drive continuous improvement, analyzing existing processes with data insights.
Work with Excel for data analysis and presentation.
Create and optimize processes with a structured approach.
Collaborate with Supplier Quality and Manufacturing Engineering.
QUALIFICATIONS Your profile: Bachelor/Master's degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (or a related technical or scientific subject or experience equivalent is required).
Experience in quality engineering, preferably in Oil & gas/Automotive industry or machine building industries.
Technical drawing and production process understanding.
Ideally Welding process development and deployment.
Strong cross-functional and cross-departmental thinking.
ISO 9001/14001/45001 basic knowledge and PED certification active participation ideally.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certificate or willingness to obtain.
Perfect knowledge of English is a must .
