Quality Engineer (Apqp) Itera Mobility Engineering Powered By Attitude

At Itera Mobility Engineering, we are searching for candidates to fill future needs within the automotive business in Europe.The candidate will work with one of the leading automotive suppliers located in Valencia, Spain.Responsibilities:Execute disciplined Advanced Quality Planning and validation of our products & processes throughout the PPAP program procedureLead the systematic completion of Advanced Product Quality Planning [APQP] tasks and staged Initial Process Signoffs [iPSO], for robust product & process development and validationCooperate actively with Cross Functional Team, actively providing inputs and identifying risk on quality related issues and driving resolution of quality concernsLead problem-solving & escalation activities throughout the development phases, guiding the team though the application of core quality tools (8D, SPC, Ishikawa, 5 Why, etc.)Ensure that the Voice of Customer (VOC) is understood and translated into specifications, requirements, special characteristics, and technical specificationsDrive continuous improvement in our products and processes by challenging the status quo and eliminating non-value add activitiesQualification & Experience:At least 3 years of experience in the automotive sector with previous experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Program Development, SQE, STA role, and production requiredExperienced engineer, hand-on in APQP and plastic/decorative part homologationBachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical or Mechanical EngineeringFluent communication in English and Spanish.
