As main project, will be involved in the setting up of Grifols Egypt's new manufacturing site.What your responsibilities will beResponsible of developing all Quality Control aspects of production, warehousing and testing in Grifols Egypt manufacturing site, and that those are compliant with Egyptian Regulation, Grifols standards and international standards.Ensure the implementation of all QC requirements in Grifols Egypt Manufacturing Site and prepare all required documentation related to it.Ensure compliance of industry quality standards, GMPs and all regulatory and safety aspects of the manufacturing site and its processes.Define harmonized strategies of QC planification to optimize all Grifols manufacturing QC processes.Define a manufacturing QC organization chart, write job descriptions. Build and manage a local manufacturing team for QC including managers and specialists.Interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure they can perform the required tasks in the process.Coordinate training processes, coaching and mentoring to assure future harmonizated practices in Grifols QC sites.Define KPIs and ensure compliance, including management and reporting.Perform assigned tasks by direct Manager.Who you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
