Inter Q&A; Services is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector.
In this role, you'll play a key role in ensuring that all products meet our established requirements for reliability and workmanship, as well as other quality control program standards.
We serve customers in a variety of fields and disciplines, including mechanical, welding, electrical, paint and coating, and many more.
Responsibilities and Desired Experience: Conduct product quality inspections in the field based on industry requirements and company best practices.
Inspection includes but is not limited to visual and dimensional inspection, functional test, packaging and loading check etc.
Record product quality against checklist and reference sample.
Prepare and submit the inspection report within the time frame required by the company.
Other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in mechanics/welding/quality/industrial engineering or related fields.
Certification in quality control is preferred and assumed as an advantage.
At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role or in the metallurgical, steel or mechanical industry.
Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
Must be familiar with AQL standards and have good knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.
Good math, technical and metrology skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Knowledge of MS Office.
