Your Mission as a Quality Control Inspector As a Quality Control Inspector, your primary mission is to ensure that all manufacturing and repair activities meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will play a crucial role in monitoring and verifying the quality of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods, ensuring adherence to technical specifications. By overseeing quality management systems and recommending improvements, you will contribute to the company's reputation for excellence in delivering reliable and efficient solutions in the oil and gas sector. You will be handling these duties and responsibilities as a Quality Control Inspector Monitor the quality control activities, including inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Ensure compliance with technical specifications, policies, and procedures. Maintain calibration requirements for inspection tools and instruments. Oversee the effectiveness of the project quality management system and recommend improvements. Attend client quality management meetings as needed. Verify contractor quality requirements and documentation submissions. Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards and regulations. Prepare and manage project quality system documentation. Monitor and report on nonconformance issues and customer complaints. Control project documentation archives upon completion. Ensure daily operations comply with company policies and standard operating procedures. Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities within QHSE and Technical Support's processes. Encourage adherence to all relevant policies and procedures across the company. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental management policies. Report incidents and accidents to mitigate future risks. Stay updated on legislative changes and ensure these are reflected in company policies. Qualifications and Skills that will allow you to thrive as a Quality Control Inspector Minimum of 2 years of Quality Control experience, preferably in Receiving Inspection. Technical Diploma or higher. Prior experience in downstream oil and gas processes. Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using measuring instruments and tools. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Good arithmetic skills and general proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. Detail-oriented with a natural inclination for precision. Effective team player with strong accountability and communication skills. Competence in quality and safety management, customer relations, and project management.
