About the role : Here at Kerry, we are currently recruiting for a Permanent Quality Assurance Technician on a full time basis, at our production site in TALAYUELA (CÁCERES) - approx 2.5 hours from Madrid.
You will be supporting the Quality area by liaising with the QA Manager and Senior Technicians in administrative QA functions, collaborate in the training of people from the different departments of the plant and prepare + deliver courses related to (GMPs, BPH, HACCP, Food defense) and provide support in internal and external audits and factory verifications as well as collaborate in updating the HACCP.
Key responsibilities : Ensuring that Biosearch products delivered to customers are safe and fit for purpose.
Responsible for complying with the QHSE policy.
Batch Technical Review: Review of the documentation generated in each batch of product against the authorized stages according to EPT in production guides, and of the Lab records (CoA) ensuring compliance with the correct manufacturing standards.
Support the Quality area through support to the Senior Technician and Quality Assurance Manager in administration-QA functions (file-documents-verification).
Ensure that the Records or other documentation related to the products comply with good documentation practices, are updated and comply with the established standards, guaranteeing the quality of the products.
Collaborate in the elaboration of trend graphs based on the quality results of manufactured batches.
Supervise the adequacy of the Quality Assurance System in factories and ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices at all stages of the product.
Participate in the preparation of procedures, CAPAs, deviations, Change Controls, claims, OOS and other quality system documents.
Support factory HACCP surveillance inspections.
Collaborate in surveillance and monitoring tasks to ensure the complete and appropriate Closing of Records (e.g.
non-conformity, internal and external deviations, changes).
Participate in training in BPH/GMP, specific procedures of the HACCP system, Food Defense prior authorization in training by your QA Manager.
Qualifications and skills : Training FP II, Bachelor of Health Sciences with knowledge (or knowledge that can be acquired in the position) in management of food safety systems, regulations for manufacturers of pharmaceutical or related products.
Valuable experience of one-two years in Quality Management in food, pharmaceutical or related industries.
Fluent in English language, both spoken and written.
