EDUCATION

University education in Pharmacy.

Desirable Quality training.

Language knowledge (English & Spanish).
EXPERIENCE

Experience of at least 1 year in QC/QA/Laboratory or production areas in Life Sciences, Food, Biotechnological, or Analytical laboratory companies.
SKILLS

Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Communication and reporting capabilities.

Methodical, organized, and meticulous practices.

Proactive & decisive.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Support in implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Quality Management System according to the current certifications defined by the company's management.

Ensure the application and constant improvement of the company's quality assurance system, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards.

Support in documental review of technical documentation, specifications, and certificates of analysis.

CoAs review and internal release.

Support in Quality Management System recording and monitoring deviations, change control, claims, corrective, and preventive actions. Prepare their related documentation and research, as well as carrying out their follow-up.

Support during internal and external audits.

Support in supplier evaluation, follow-up, and materials homologation.

Support in customer satisfaction management.
